I submitted an application for a different job 2 1/2 weeks ago. As of now, I work 3rd shift 10pm - 6:30am Sunday nights through Thursday nights for almost 3 years. There is a lot that goes on where I work thats not fair across the board which I know is pretty much the same anywhere. I do like the job I do but, I've gotten to feel very unappreciated & singled out on some things. The job I most recently applied for, I got the general email stating they would be going through the applications over the next few days/weeks & would reach out for any next steps. I've prayed & told God I know its all in His timing & I'm trusting in that! There are things my mom & I can't do at our church since I work nights so, getting back to a day job would help with that! My mom is 82, lives with me & has issues with back & leg pain. She's not able to sit, stand or walk for long lengths of time. I pray for her, she says she tells the devil to leave her alone but, she still has to go sit down somewhere after a little bit if she goes to the store with me. Of course I realize she's 82 but  I think she still has a hard time with it, as most of us probably would?

I am asking for a prayer for my financial situation. I'm currently on disability but I work part time at an elementary school. I received a letter from disability saying that my check will be $209.00 less because of insurance. Thst $200.00 helps pay my utilities. I'm trying to save money so I can go back to school and finish my nursing degree since I have to pay for it. My goal is to be a special needs nurse at a local high school. Please pray for my financial situation to better and that God opens doors for me to become a nurse and that my medical disease lessens. Thank you. Amen

Please pray for my grandsons 11 and 7. Their mom (my daughter) is getting married this weekend. They will soon be a blended family with a stepdad and 2 step brothers. There will be so many changes for them. They will be moving an hour away and will be starting a new school. They are scared and incredibly sad to be leaving behind the only friends and school they have known. Please pray that God will provide Christian friends for each of them and that God would keep away from them any kids that would be a bad influence in their lives, that He will have in place Christian teachers, coaches and neighbors that can be a godly influence and impact their lives for the Kingdom, that He would fill them with courage to face the unknown, that they would quickly feel that they belong and that this change in their lives would be full of blessings, opportunities and good things. Thank you so much!

My husband died a year ago and it was unexpected and last year it was the shock of it all. Now it's reality and it's a bit harder this year in a different way. It is permanent and it is hitting harder that way. Problems arise and I have come so far. God has given me the ability to look back and see the amazing garden of flowers that were grown along the way and it is beautiful. I know He will continue to be by my side. There are those moments that just get me a bit anxious. My prayer is that I can see that sunrise that I have experienced already in those moments of unsteadiness.

I am with this man for 18 years in another state. He is from Indiana and wanted to go back home after being away for 25 years and losing his father a few years back. Sold the house we owned together for a new start and a real marriage. Bought the house here in his name and married me. He came home one day and said he wants a divorce and is putting me bankrupt. Ran my credit cards to over 20 thousand dollars. He moved me and my pets to make me homeless and bankrupt. Please pray for me and my 4 pets.

Prayer for protection of my marriage and our jobs. At the beginning of 2026 my wife and I began reading through the Bible together, which has been wonderful. Without going through a lot of detail I'll say that since then it feels like anything that could go wrong has gone wrong. It's been a year of hardship and stress. Any prayer would be appreciated.

I need some things for my room. I had a disaster happen and I need a freezer and some blank new blankets. I have been  putting this up in prayer for 3 months now. Please Lord provide these needs. I also need some personal items and I had two Bible stolen from me.

To get my home in order and babies back home with me for good.

Our Daughter-in-Law Megan has to go for an MRI.The doctors want it done ASAP but they cannot get her in until November.The reason for the MRI is due to a tumor that has gotten a little bigger in her breast and she is very concerned as are we. We know that GOD has her but we would like to ask for healing prayers.She is the mother of 3 precious little ones so all the extra prayers she can get would be greatly appreciated.

Hello, my name is Pam and I am a faithful listener of WBCL. I truly need prayer. I was in an automobile accident while visiting my daughter, son in law and granddaughter in Radcliff, Kentucky. I was driving along and a car pulled out right in front of me. The young driver in that car is fine. I have a c3 spinal fracture, fractured ribs and knee lacerations. By the grace of God I am alive though. The car is a total loss. I just bought it in May so I don't have enough equity in it to be able to get a new one. I am not able to work for 6-8 weeks possibly more. I live paycheck to paycheck so I am afraid that I am going to lose my apartment. I called them and they are not working with me. The stress of everything is making it hard to be calm and heal. Please pray for a miracle. Thank you. I am so glad to be able to still listen on my phone. Have a great day!!

God has shown up in big and little ways in our years long family storm and while I am overwhelmed with thankfulness for his grace, life sometimes still feels really big and overwhelming. I know He has a plan.

I've had some very painful things happen to me over the last two weeks. I've been struggling with my identity and believing I'm bad, worthless, and stupid. Then I made a bad mistake and I relapsed on alcohol. I broke trust with my family and girlfriend and they're all upset with me. I made other bad mistakes after my relapse. Please pray God cancels those bad seeds I planted and I won't reap those seeds. Please pray for Gods protection over me. My girlfriend is upset and I'm praying I don't lose her. Please pray for our reconciliation. I've fallen behind in school and I'm praying the professors will show me grace and I can make up my work. Please pray my parents will give me another chance and won't kick me out. Please pray for God to redeem me, cancel the bad seeds I sowed, bring my loved ones and I back into harmony, I can successfully finish this semester of college, and God will touch my heart and lift my spirits and make me whole. Thank you!

My wife and I are getting a divorce. It was pretty sudden to me.  I realize I wasn't the husband I should have been and honored her the way He calls us to. I truly lacked putting Jesus ahead of myself to be the leader of our family. I know we both need to work on ourselves. I ask that you please pray for wisdom in both of us and reconciliation in our marriage/friendship together as one. I'm lost without my favorite person. I feel like He is telling me to pursue Him first and seek His kingdom. I'm trying my best to hear the spirit talk to me and tell me whatI need to do next. I know we both still love each other and that's the hardest part. Why does divorce have to be the only answer? Pray for us please. Thank you

We haven't had a home for a few years now and are living with my uncle and we cant depend on him to pay for the water bill or electric bill, I pray we can find our forever home and I pray for my mental health, this year is my first year without my grandpa, he was a father figure and it feels wrong to move on without him, i just need God to move my family and show us all that he still cares and he is really there because right now, it doesnt feel like it.

I have a biopsy tomorrow to check for breast cancer. I am scared. Please pray for an easy procedure and negative results.

Please pray for Josh who was injured on Friday nights, 9/25, football game in Hicksville, OH. He is currently in surgery to repair his broken leg. Pray for his family, his teammates, and his recovery! Thanks for your prayers!
