Bowling Green Warning of Email Scam

The City of Bowling Green is warning local businesses and potential vendors about a fraudulent email scam. A scammer is claiming to represent the Bowling Green Parks and Recreation Department with fraudulent details about a “City Park Winter Spark Holiday Market & Festival.” The City says the department is not organizing the event and it is fraudulent. If you receive the email, do not open it, delete it, and report it to the Bowling Green Police Division.
