Carmel Clay Parks and Recreation invites you to a groundbreaking ceremony to mark the first phase of developing Bear Creek Park. Located near 146th Street and Shelborne Road, CCPR acquired the land for the park in 2020, and has worked with the community to shape a vision for the park. The ceremony will include brief remarks from Mayor Sue Finkham and other officials. The groundbreaking is on October 27th from 2 to 4 p.m. at Bear Creek Park, 3777 Voyageur Way, Carmel.
