New Haven Breaks Ground on "The Lincoln" Multi-Use Development

A groundbreaking was held in New Haven yesterday for a mixed-use development called The Lincoln. It’s a $56 million project that will have 240 apartments that will be a mixture of one- and two-bedroom apartments across multiple buildings. The Lincoln will also have a variety of features, including a clubhouse and outdoor amenities. The developers behind The Lincoln expect to start leasing apartments in September 2027.
