Birthday Coming Up

I have been taking the Lord's name in vain a lot. I am a Christian, but I'm dealing with a lot of anger and disappointment that is apparently very deep seated, and the behavior is stemming from this I believe. I am getting older, and I think I am just really disappointed with how certain things turned out for me. I have a severe weight issue which is part of it. I also never achieved certain things I wanted to achieve. Please pray that God heals my heart. Thank you.
